Thank you for supporting The Crafting Duo! Because our items are handmade with care, we want to ensure you have all the details regarding how your package gets from our workshop to your door.

1. Processing Times

Unlike "big box" stores, many of our items are made-to-order.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 1-4 business days.
Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Processed within 2-3 weeks.
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following options:

3. Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic: We ship to all of Uk and Ireland
International: We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom or Ireland. #

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Potential Delays

Please understand that carrier delays (due to weather or peak holiday seasons) are outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to help you locate it.

6. Damaged Items

If you receive your order and it is damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact us at [Emmathecraftyone@gmail.com] within 48 hours with a photo of the damage so we can file a claim and get a replacement or refund started for you.
